Theresa
Borchers is a graduate of Wright State University and completed her Masters in
Nursing (MSN). She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American
Nurses Credentialing Center. Theresa has special interest in patient
education. She has been an NP for 8 years and an RN for 23 years. She has been
with Premier ExpressCare since its opening in July 2007. Theresa lives in
Yellow Springs with her husband Jerome and their three children, with a fourth
child away at college.

Elaine Scott, CRNP
Elaine
Scott is a graduate of Franklin University and of Wright State University
College of Health & Nursing. She is a Certified Registered Nurse
Practitioner and completed her advanced practice degree in Family Practice.
She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center. Elaine has been a registered nurse since 1984. She has
experience as a critical care nurse and public health nurse before beginning
her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been with Premier
ExpressCare since April 2007 and lives in New Carlisle with her husband Randy
and two children, Will and Tyler.

Pamela Hagwood, CNP
Pamela Hagwood completed her BSN undergraduate studies at Kent
State
University. She completed graduate school at the University
of Kentucky in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program with a Masters Degree in Community
Health Nursing. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the
American Nurses Credentialing Center . She is also certified in American Heart Association's Pediatric Life Support
and Advanced Life Support. Pamela completed a clinical preceptorship at Case
Western Reserve's Frances Payne Bolton's College
of Nursing and is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses.
Pamela has special interest in urgent and emergency care and in
wellness. She has been with Premier ExpressCare since it opened in July 2007.
She lives in Washington Township with her husband Stephen and enjoys photography, travel, gardening, cooking
and crafts.

Tammy Gustin, CRNP
Tammy Gustin is a graduate of University
of Cincinnati and of Wright State University FNP Graduate School. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and as a Pediatric Nurse
Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Tammy has a special interest in women's health. She has been with Premier
ExpressCare since it opened in July 2007.

Barbara Wise, CRNP
Barbara
Wise is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and of University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill Masters Nursing Program. She is certified as a Family
Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has
special interest in adolescent health. Barbara has been an RN for 24 years and
an NP for 14 years. She has been with Premier ExpressCare since September
2007. Barbara lives in Clayton with her husband Thomas and daughter
Martha.
