What is Premier ExpressCare?

Premier ExpressCare offers customer friendly, affordable and convenient medical care through Premier HealthNet (PHN). Premier HealthNet is an easy access large network of physicians -- primary care and specialists -- working to take care of the whole patient. With offices across the Miami Valley region from Vandalia to Hamilton, Premier HealthNet has an office with a doctor nearby.

Is Premier ExpressCare an option for me?

The conveniently located center treats individuals age three and up for minor and common ailments, including select immunizations and screenings. Whether you have a primary care physician or not, a medical report will be provided to you and to your doctor. Patients with serious or chronic conditions should seek care at an emergency room, urgent care or your primary care physician.

Who will I be seen by at Premier ExpressCare?

Premier ExpressCare is staffed by a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP), an advanced-degree, registered nurse with clinical experience in prevention, wellness and patient education. A CRNP has the authority to write prescriptions and order diagnostic tests. A CRNP collaborates with physicians. If you need follow-up care and do not have a primary care physician, we can refer you to one of the many qualified physicians within PHN.

What is the cost of care?

Most visits are all inclusive at $50, but there may be a higher fee for some immunizations. Most insurance plans are accepted and a claim will be submitted, but any co-payment is expected at the time of service. As a convenience to our self-pay patients, we accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and cash.
